The property is located at a 1km distance from Kalandra, and its accessibility is very good, since the village of Kalandra is on the central road crossing the Kassandra Peninsula (Kassandreia-Fourka-Kalandra-N. Skioni-Paliouri-Kryopigi-Athytos-Kassandreia). The property is located around 105 km south-east of Thessaloniki, 95 km from the “Macedonia” Thessaloniki Airport and around 70 km south of the town of Polygyros. The broader area of the property is also served by public transportation with a good frequency of the Halkidiki Prefecture Intercity Bus (KTEL) routes.

There are camping buildings on the property, most of which are located on the coastal part of the landplot. Furthermore, there are basketball and tennis courts, a playground, and a biological treatment facility.

The property is expected to be developed in the framework of Law 3986/2011 with the preparation of an ESCHADA study and development with uses of “Tourism – Leisure”.
