The new independent operational unit of HRADF entitled Project Preparation Facility (PPF) was appointed by the Governmental Committee of Projects of Strategic Importance of Law 4799/2021, to mature, execute the tender process, and supervise the implementation phase of the project “Reform of the Primary Health Care System, sub1&2 Upgrading Infrastructure Facilities of PHC – Chronic Diseases management” (RRF 16755), of the responsibility of the Ministry of Health. The project is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU. In the context of the above action, the Fund, acting by order, in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, conducts the tender in accordance with the provisions of article 5B of Law 3986/2011 for the assignment of the project “Energy and Functional Upgrading and Renovation the HEALTH CENTERS of Koropi, Lavrio, Kapandriti, Kalivia, Markopoulo, Nea Makri and Spata” with contracting authority the 1st Administrative Health District of Attica (Δ.Υ.ΠΕ). This will be an open tender process and will be conducted through the National System of Electronic Public Contracts – Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ. (no. 198776 lot A, no. 198777 lot B & no. 198778 lot C) (URL: www.promitheus.gov.gr).
