The HRADF Project Preparation Facility (PPF) was appointed by the Governmental Committee on Projects of Strategic Importance, pursuant to Law 4799/2021 as responsible for maturing, carry out the tender processes and monitoring the implementation of the project ‘Upgrade of the Infrastructure of the Judicial System / Construction of the Court of First Instance and the Prosecutor’s Office of Athens’ (which is included in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan ‘Greece 2.0’), and the project’s Beneficiary is the Ministry of Justice.
HRADF as the Competent Authority for carrying out the tender process, on behalf and in the name of the Ministry of Justice (which is the Contracting Authority), is carrying out the tender process to award the PPP Contract to the Private Entity responsible for the design, construction, maintenance, and operation of the building infrastructure for the project “Construction and Operation of the Court of First Instance and the Prosecutor’s Office of Athens through PPP according to the provisions of Law 3389/2005” and so invites the interested Economic Operator to submit their Expression of Interest (Phase A of the Tender Process) through the Hellenic Republic Single Public Procurement Authority ‘H.S.P.P.A’. The EOI process is open and will be carried out through the Hellenic Republic Single Public Procurement Authority ‘H.S.P.P.A’ (ref: 194294) Prometheus and Services of the Operating System H.S.P.P.A www.promitheus.gov.gr. The submission deadline is on 02.01.2023 at 15:00.
