On the property, we find the abandoned and old military facilities of the former US Airbase of Gournes and the abandoned building facilities of the Swimming Pool on the north-eastern edge of the property.

The property will be developed with the Special Plan for the Spatial Development of Public Properties (ESCHADA) approval, based on the provisions of Law 3986/2011 that includes the following two separate general categories of use:

A) Zone I with an area of 29,113 m2 located on the south part of the property with a front on the old National Road with the uses “Thematic Parks – Malls – Leisure” with a building ratio of 0.4.

B) Zone II with an area of 316,454 m2 “Tourism – Leisure” is located on the north with a “front” on the sea with a building ratio of 0.15.
