Invitation in negotiation procedure without previous publication of the article 32, paragraph 2 section c of Law 4412/2016 due to the urgent need for the selection of a construction project contractor for the project: Urgent restoration of the second floor of the Papanikolaou Hospital after the damages of the fire event

Τhe new independent operational unit of HRADF entitled Project Preparation Facility (PPF) was appointed by the Governmental Committee of Projects of Strategic Importance, to mature, execute the tender process, and supervise the implementation phase of the project “Health Infrastructure- NHS Hospital Renovation and Infrastructure Upgrade “Greece 2.0” framework with European Union funding – NextGenerationEU. Within the framework of the above-mentioned project, HRADF acting in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, runs the tender process according to Law 3986/2011, Article 5B for the assignment of the project « Urgent restoration of the second floor of the Papanikolaou Hospital after the damages of the fire event».

Τhe procedure is open and shall be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System (Systemic Number 170689) Supplies and Services (web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr).

The deadline for the submission of proposals is 12.12.2022, 10:00. Athens time.
