In connection with the invitation to submit an Expression of Interest for the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Igoumenitsa Port Authority S.A. (the “Invitation”), the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (the “HRADF” or the “Fund”) announces its decision to extend the Submission Date specified in Section 5.2 of the Invitation in respect of the submission of an Expression of Interest to October 30, 2020 and until 17:00 (Greek time, GMT +2).

Interested Parties are entitled to address specific requests for clarifications as specified in Section 5.4 of the Invitation until October 15, 2020 and until 17:00 (Greek time, GMT + 2)
