Coastal property on the south part of the Maliakos Gulf, at the west of the Kamena Vourla town, one of the most famous thermal spring centers since the 1930s. Location

The property is in direct contact with the western boundary of the Kamena Vourla town. Access is direct, via the new improved routing of the Athens – Thessaloniki National Road (PATHE) and via the old road network of the village. Its distance is 175 km from Athens (2 hours by car from the Athens International Airport), 145 km from Volos, 100 km from Delphi and 40 km from Lamia.

Building facilities

There are abandoned camping facilities on the property, with infrastructure for 250 caravans, receptions building, 50 huts, 5 stores, staff buildings, etc.

 

The plan is to develop the property with the ESCHADA approval, based on the provisions of Law 3986/2011 which will include the uses of “Tourism-Leisure” or Combined uses of “Tourism-Leisure” and “Tourism-Holiday village” with focus on the Thermal Spring – Therapeutic Tourism centers and option for development of both high quality hotels and holiday homes. The allowed built area will reach 52,300 m2. The ESCHADA provides for the option of building another marina or other type of port facility.
