The property is in the central part of Halkidiki on the coastal front between Nea Irakleia and Nea Kallikratia. In particular, the property is 45 km from the city of Thessaloniki, 31 km from the airport “Macedonia” and 27 km from Nea Moudania. The property can be accessed from different alternative routes, starting from Thessaloniki. The fastest is via the National Motorway of Thessaloniki – Nea Moudania and via the provincial road Nea Moudania – Thessaloniki.
