The marina of Pylos is located on the waterfront of Pylos town within the Bay of Navarino. It has a berthing capacity of 129 yachts of up to 30 meters in length. The land zone of the marina is 32.195 sqm while its sea area covers a surface of 85.379 sqm.
The master plan of the marina of Pylos as approved with the Presidential Decree dated 14.12.2018 (GG 329/ΑΑΠ/31.12.2018), provides for the service of yacht tourism and envisages the marina of Pylos as pole of modern and quality pole for tourism, recreation, and cultural activities.
In particular, the following land uses are provided:
(a) tourism – leisure;
(b) development of residential property for lease;
(c) administration and operation of the marina, and
(d) vessel deposition and maintenance.
