• Subject to the need to protect the legal rights of HRADF as well as any orders or decisions of Public or Judicial Authorities, you have the right to request the full or partial deletion of your personal data and the restriction of their use in specific processing categories when the data they are no longer necessary or you have revoked your consent etc.
• You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data if the processing is based on consent. The legality of any processing that took place before your consent was withdrawn is not affected.
• You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data unless there are compelling and legitimate reasons for processing that override the exercise of the right.
• You have the right to request the portability of your personal data, ie their transfer to another data controller.

Should you exercise any of the above rights, HRADF will promptly process your request within a reasonable time and no later than thirty (30) days from receipt of your request and your identification by informing you in writing of your progress. This period may be extended by two (2) more months, if necessary, if the request is complex or there are many requests.
In this case, HRADF, within one month from the receipt of the request, will inform you of the delay, as well as the reasons for it. Within the above period, we will inform you of any total / partial rejection of your request, as well as the reasons for it.
