The HRADF Project Preparation Facility (PPF) was appointed by the Governmental Committee on Projects of Strategic Importance, pursuant to Law 4799/2021 as responsible for maturing, carry out the tender process and monitoring the implementation of the project ‘GOVERNMENTAL PARK “ANDREAS LENTAKIS” THROUGH A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP) PURSUANT TO LAW 3389/2005’, and the project’s Beneficiary is the Ministry of National Economy and Finance.

HRADF as the Competent Authority for carrying out the tender process, on behalf and in the name of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance (which is the Contracting Authority), is carrying out the tender process to award the PPP Contract to the Private Entity responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of the prison infrastructure for the project “GOVERNMENTAL PARK “ANDREAS LENTAKIS” THROUGH A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP) PURSUANT TO LAW 3389/2005” and so invites the interested Economic Operator to submit their Expression of Interest (Phase A of the Tender Process) through the Hellenic Republic Single Public Procurement Authority ‘H.S.P.P.A’. The EOI process is open and will be carried out through the Hellenic Republic Single Public Procurement Authority ‘H.S.P.P.A’ (ref:208565) Public Works of the Operating System H.S.P.P.A www.promitheus.gov.gr.
