Τhe new independent operational unit of HRADF entitled Project Preparation Facility (PPF) was appointed by the Governmental Committee of Projects of Strategic Importance, to mature, execute the tender process, and supervise the implementation phase of the project “Combat illicit trade and protecting intellectual property rights”, RRF 16703, beneficiary of the project, is the Ministry of Development and Investments. The project is implemented through the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan “Greece 2.0” framework with European Union funding – NextGenerationEU. Within the framework of sub project 3 of the above-mentioned project, entitled «Introducing information and dissemination programs for both businesses and
consumers to highlight the importance of protecting intellectual property rights», HRADF acting in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, runs the tender process according to Law 3986/2011, Article 5B for the assignment of the project “«Raise Awareness and Education of citizens on issues of protection of intellectual property rights».”
Τhe procedure is open (electronic international tender above the limits) and shall be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System (Systemic Number 161087) Supplies and Services (web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr)
The deadline for the submission of proposals is the 4th of July 2022, 17:00. Athens time.
