Spilia Yacht Shelter
HRADF has acquired, by virtue of the decision under number 222/5.11.2012 (Government Gazette Β΄ 2996/12.11.2012) of the Interministerial Committee for Asset Restructuring and Privatizations, shares corresponding to 100% of the share capital of the company “Corfu Port Authority”, which has the exclusive right to use and exploit the land plots, buildings and facilities, inter alia, of the central port of Corfu until 2070, through a Concession Agreement with the Greek State.
Spilia Yacht Shelter site plan was approved in 2003 by decision No. T/6048 of the Deputy Minister of Development (Government Gazette Β’ 830/25.06.2003 corrected with respect to the attached diagram by Government Gazette Β’ 1833/08.12.2003), located in the Old Port of Corfu, near the “Old Port” and “10th Infantry Regiment” squares.
The project for the yacht shelter’s development is under construction and is expected to be completed within the next months.
The total surface of the land area of the yacht shelter is 7.800 sq. m. while the sea zone covers 35.000 sq. m. With the completion of the aforementioned development project, the yacht shelter capacity will be in total 80 berths for yachts up to 25m in length, the berth mix of the yachts will be in detail as presented in the below table and diagram:
