The property is located approximately 500 m. from the center of the village and 300-500 m north from the coast of the Ververontas lagoon. Boats depart from the Porto Heli port for the nearby islands of the Argosaronic (Hydra, Spetses, etc.), as well as the coast of Tyros and Leonidio across the bay.
