International public tender through the Competitive Dialogue procedure for the award of the Project Concession Contract: “DEVELOPMENT, LICENSING, CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, EXPLOITATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A BUSINESS PARK AT THE GAIAOSE SA PROPERTY OF THE FORMER MILITARY CAMP OF GKONOS

HRADF’s Strategic Contracts Unit (PPF) was appointed by the Government Committee of Law 4799/2021 as responsible for the maturity of the project “Development of the Former Military Camp of Gkonos”, of the responsibility of GAIAOSE SA .

In this context, HRADF proceeds to an open process with a Competitive Dialogue which will be conducted using the Hellenic Republic Single Public Procurement Authority ‘H.S.P.P.A’ (reference number: 209495) of the Operating System H.S.P.P.A (www.promitheus.gov.gr).

The specific and individual award criteria of the Concession Agreement, the weight of each, their descending ranking and the correlation between them will be determined in particular by the Invitation to Submit Binding Offers during Stage B.II of the Second Phase of the Tender.

The deadline for receipt of offers is the 15^th/11/2024, Tuesday at 14:00, Athens’s time.
