The Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP S.A.), through the Strategic Contracts Unit, acting as the contracting authority pursuant to Article 5B of Law 3986/2011 and acting on behalf of and in the name of the Ministry of Environment and Energy (hereinafter the “Contracting Authority”), hereby invites interested economic operators to an electronic tender under Law 4412/2016 for the award of the project “Silvicultural Studies for the Management of Forest Ecosystems”, with a total budget of €11,208,119.72, excluding VAT.
The procedure is open and will be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System for Public Works (ESIDIS IDs 216603, 216604, 216605, 216606, 216607, 216608, 216609, 216610, 216611, 216612, 216613, 216614, 216615, 216616, 216617, 216618, 216619, 216620, 216621, 216622, 216623, 216624, 216625) of the ESIDIS IT System (online portal www.promitheus.gov.gr). The award criterion for each lot is the “most economically advantageous tender” based on the best price-quality ratio.
