The Growthfund through the Project Preparation Facility (PPF), in its capacity as implementing authority in accordance with article 5B of Law 3986/2011, acting on behalf of and in the name of the “Ministry of Environment and Energy” (hereinafter the “Contracting Authority”), hereby invites interested economic operators to participate in an open electronic tender procedure in accordance with Law 4412/2016 for the award of contracts for the project titled: “ Restoration – reforestation works with Aleppo pine in the Public Forest of Limni, under the jurisdiction of the Limni Forest Directorate, within the framework of the ‘National Reforestation Plan’”, with a total maximum estimated budget of €875,170.52 excluding VAT.

The procedure is open and will be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System for Supplies and Services (ESIDIS Registry No. 217369) via the ESIDIS portal (www.promitheus.gov.gr).

The contract award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender based solely on price (lowest price).

The deadline for the submission of offers is set for 10 December 2025, Wednesday at 13:00.
