Τhe new independent operational unit of HRADF entitled Project Preparation Facility (PPF) was appointed by the Governmental Committee of Projects of Strategic Importance of Law 4799/2021, to mature, execute the tender process, and supervise the implementation phase of the project “Horizontal Technical Assistance for Actions of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection” (RRF 17006), of the responsibility of the Ministry for Climate Crisis and Civil Protection. The project is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU. In the context of the above action, the Fund, acting by order, in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, conducts the tender in accordance with the provisions of article 5B of Law 3986/2011 for the assignment of the project “Communication and publicity for Actions under the authority of the Ministry for Climate Crisis and Civil Protection”, with Contracting Authority of the Ministry for Climate Crisis and Civil Protection.

This will be an open tender process and will be conducted through Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ. (no. 364269) (URL: www.promitheus.gov.gr).
