The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (“HRADF” or the “Selling Shareholder”), a member company of GROWTHFUND – The National Fund of Greece, announces today, Monday, January 15, 2024, that Athens International Airport (“AIA” or the “Company”), in whose share capital the HRADF holds a 30% stake, officially announced its intention to proceed with the listing of its shares on the Main Market of the Regulated Securities Market of the Athens Exchange (the “ATHEX”).
