The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has launched an international public tender process for the sale of a majority stake (no less than 50,1%) in the share capital of HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. (HELPE), together with HELPE’s other major shareholder, “Paneuropean Oil and Industrial Holdings S.A.”.
