The Board of Directors of HRADF has unanimously accepted today the improved financial offer of the consortium composed of the companies “Snam S.p.A.”, “Enagás Internacional S.L.U.” and “Fluxys S.A.”, of an amount equal to euro 535 million for the acquisition of a 66% stake in “Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator S.A.” (DESFA), i.e. 31% from HRADF and 35% from “Hellenic Petroleum S.A.” (HELPE).
