The coastal property consists of seven neighbouring or adjacent plots with a 4,200 m coastline and a 3,350 m front extending along the smooth, extensive and sandy beach of Afantou and Kalythies.
On a part of the property of around 45 hectares, an 18-hole golf course has been developed and is currently operating. The course was designed by Donald Harradine, who is the architect of a great number of golf courses (580 approximately) in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This lends international recognition to the Afantou Golf course. In Greece, Harradine has also designed the courses of Glyfada and Corfu.
Inside the property there are buildings (two-storey Hotel with 26 rooms, semi-finished two-storey Club House buildings, ground floor temporary Club House with parking, two-storey building of changing rooms, etc.), with a total superstructure area of 7,950 m2, basement and semi-basement spaces of 2,523 m2 and sheltered areas (terraces, pergolas, semi-open spaces, etc.) of 1,400 m2. Swimming facilities (Olympic-sized, diving and children’s pools) have been constructed with a total area of 1510 m2.
