Τhe independent operational unit of the Growthfund namely the Project Preparation Facility (PPF) unit was appointed by the Governmental Committee of Projects of Strategic Importance of Law 4799/2021, to mature, execute the tender process, and supervise the implementation phase of the project “Reform of the Primary Health Care System” (RRF 16755), of the responsibility of the Ministry of Health.

The project is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU. In the context of the above action, the PPF unit, acting by order, in the name and on behalf of the beneficiaries, conducts the tender in accordance with the provisions of article 5B of Law 3986/2011 for the assignment of the six (6) lots project “Medical Equipment Upgrade within the PHC -Chronic Disease Management Units’ Equipment – Imaging Equipment” with contracting authorities the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Health Regions, through the National Electronic Public Procurement System (Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ.).

The contract is divided into six (6) lots:

Lot 1: Radiographic Systems
Lot 2: Mammography Units
Lot 3: Ultrasonography Systems
Lot 4: Portable Radiographic Systems
Lot 5: Portable Ultrasonography Systems
Lot 6: Computed Tomography Scanners

This will be an open tender process and will be conducted through Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ. (URL: www.promitheus.gov.gr) under the following system numbers:

The deadline for receipt of offers is 26/11/2025, Wednesday at 13:00, Athens’s time.
