The contract for the sale of the property in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, to Irakleitsa S.A., was signed on 16 November 2022.

E-Auction IX, which was held on 21 December 2021, through the www.e-publicrealestate.gr website, created a competitive environment for offers and transparency, with the final offer amounting to €18.5 million, increased by 103.3% compared to the starting price, which had been set at €9.1 million.

The property in Nea Irakleitsa, Kavala, consists of two adjacent seaside plots with a total surface area of 14,973.4 hectares. The property, situated in the incredibly beautiful Palaio Bay, is flat, has a 600-meter sandy coastal front and an unobstructed view to the Kavala Gulf and the eastern coast of Thassos island.

The property has direct access to Egnatia Odos, the old Thessaloniki-Kavala national road, while the coastal road that connects Nea Irakleitsa with the city of Kavala passes through its western boundary.

The property is 14 km from Kavala, 45 km from the “Megas Alexandros” Kavala International Airport, and 140 km from Thessaloniki, while the closest ports are Kavala and Nea Peramos (2.5 km).
