REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE SELECTION OF A TECHNICAL, LEGAL AND FINANCIAL CONSULTANT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT “REDEVELOPMENT OF TIF-HELEXPO IN THESSALONIKI, THROUGH A CONCESSION AGREEMENT”

The HRADF Project Preparation Facility (PPF) was appointed by the Governmental Committee on Projects of Strategic Importance, pursuant to Law 4799/2021 as responsible for maturing and conducting the tender process for the implementation of the project “REDEVELOPMENT OF TIF-HELEXPO IN THESSALONIKI, THROUGH A CONCESSION AGREEMENT”.

The aforementioned responsibilities were assigned to HRADF Project Preparation Facility (PPF) through a contract signed on 07.08.2024, between HRADF, the Beneficiary “TIF-Helexpo” and the Shareholder “Growthfund”.

In the above context, HRADF – Project Preparation Facility (PPF), publishes, a Request for Proposals for the selection of a technical, legal and financial consultant for the implementation of the project “Redevelopment of the area of the TIF – HELEXPO in Thessaloniki, through a concession agreement”, through Open Tender procedure (Article 2.2.4 of the Procurement Regulation HRADF).

The scope of work is the provision of advisory services in relation to the property and/or the Project and in general technical, legal and financial consultancy services for the maturity of the Project and the preparation of the tender documents for the Concession Tender.

Deadline for submissions: Tuesday, 19.11.2024 at 11:00am (Athens time zone).
