The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has launched an international tender for the exploitation of a sea front land plot  located at the town of Kamena Vourla (Prefecture of Fthiotis).

In terms of the tender process, a valuation of a) the discount rate “R” and b) of the Final Rent   by an independent evaluator is required. The deadline for submitting Proposals is Friday, September 2nd, 2022.
